In the aspect of dust pollution prevention and control, the city built in the area of large-scale construction projects shall generate the installation of video surveillance equipment in the main dust monitoring system, and identify with the city people’s government supervision and administration departments and the competent departments of environmental protection network.

In the aspect of agriculture and other pollution prevention and control, put forward the units and individuals engaged in livestock farming and slaughtering production and business activities should be handled, disposal and comprehensive utilization of sewage and waste, prevent odor impact on the surrounding environment.
